As part of Action For Kids’ Life & Work programme, Jermaine has been gaining work skills and completed work placements at Sainsbury’s and a top lawyers.

 

This summer he was offered his first paid role - a three month pilot IT internship in the global technology team at Schroders asset management firm based in London.

 

Jermaine said: “It’s great. I have made new friends already. What I enjoy the most is learning about IT, data protection and talking to my colleagues at lunchtime.”
