We are raising funds to provide nine disabled children with the mobility equipment they need to live life to the full.

The children aged between 2 and 16 years old have different disabilities but all have one thing in common. They are all unable to do the things they see other children do everyday. The equipment we are funding will help change that. We started raising funds for them at Christmas, and you can still help each child to make 2017 the year that they become as independent as possible.

Isabella, who is 7 and loves animals is a full time wheelchair user. Her current chair is not suitable for anything other than flat ground or indoors. We are hoping to provide Isabella with new all terrain wheels so she can play with her friends and her twin brother. Even in the snow she can head outside and build a snowman not just watch while her brother does it.

Nine-year-old Harry loves spending Christmas with his parents, brother and sisters but because of his Muscular Dystrophy he cannot stand or walk on his own. We are hoping to give him a special trike so he can play with his siblings and get vital exercise for his legs. Harry's mum told us about when he tried out a trike a few weeks ago;

"He loved it - he felt free, he was out in the fresh air, he played with the other boys instead of being in his wheelchair. For me, as a parent, that was just - wow. He was part of the group and he very rarely feels that he is".

Victoria, Harrison, Tymek, Dylan, Phillippe, Matthew and Rebecca are also hoping to get life changing mobility equipment.

Remember Alfie from last year? Let's make this year just as magical for 9 more disabled children. Please donate today.
