Action For Kids is an inspirational national charity, helping young people with disabilities to develop their independence. Our vision is of a world where all people living with a disability get to lead the life they choose.

We provide personalised work skills training and independent living skills from our North London centre.  At a national level, we provide mobility equipment for young people across the UK.

We are transforming the way that we support young people by focusing on their individual long-term needs and working closely with their school or college and their families.

We are recruiting a tutor or HLTA to develop and deliver our accredited and non accredited curriculum for people with learning disabilities aged 14 – 26+ covering a range of life skills, office skills and preparation for work.

We are happy to consider part time working arrangements.

You will be a specialist SEN teacher or an experienced higher level teaching assistant who wants to work more creatively and be more innovative in support of young people with disabilities.  You will play a key part in developing and delivering our Education & Training work. You need to be able to work within a committed and passionate team that works across a range of disabilities.
