Applying to AFK

If your son or daughter is under 26 years old, or you yourself are a young person under 26 years old with a disability that prevents you from getting around, or maybe significantly affects your life in another way, you can apply for a mobility aid from Action For Kids.

If you are under 18 you will need a parent or legal guardian to make an application on your behalf. The Trust cannot accept applications submitted by OT's or other health professionals.
