Christmas Appeal for Kyle

This Christmas, a very inspiring young man urgently needs your help. Kyle was born with an extremely rare condition which causes his muscles to waste away. This is such a rare illness some of the doctors here even call it ‘Kyle's Syndrome' after him, because he's the only one who has it. Kyle is 22. He has been in a wheelchair all his life.


By sending a Christmas gift today you would help us raise the £10,865 needed to buy Kyle a fantastic new Storm 3TT customised powered wheelchair.

At the moment, because Kyle can move his old chair around a little bit, he can't get a powered chair on the NHS, but he also can't go very far with his old chair. He has to wait until someone can go with him - which is no independence at all.

Kyle says: "I don't like relying on others to support me all the time, so if you can help me with this wheelchair I would really appreciate it: I am hoping to get the Storm 3TT powered chair from Action For Kids because I want to get into the workplace and make my way out in the real world."
