GRIM is an 8 mile off-road challenge run on the Army's vehicle testing track in Aldershot. You will run on a mixed terrain - trails, rocky paths, sand, mud, hills and through some rather large puddles - expect to get wet!

This event is so popular it is now held over 2 days and you can enter it with your friends and run as a team; about 50% of the field does this. This event is a lot of fun with people coming back year after year for more Grimness.

WHO: The GRIM off road challenge is open to anyone over the age of 17. Most people walk / run the course so you do not have to be super-fit to take part. It is recommended by the even that you should be able to run 5 miles on the road, this will enable you to enjoy the course

WHERE: The course takes place on an Army off road vehicle test area - Long Valley, in Aldershot, Hampshire

WHY: To have fun! And to take part in an exciting and unique event whilst raising funds for disabled children and young people.

HOW: Contact Carolyn for your entry form on 020 8347 8111 or email cmwaniki@actionforkids.org. Entries are only £22, there is no minimum fundraising target to be met - we just ask you to raise as much as you can.

Round up your mates and enter a team!
