Work Related Learning

Mobility is just one barrier which disabled children encounter. Too often these young people are denied access to and participation in the world of work. Action For Kids helps by running Work Related Learning programmes. Students come to our office to do real work in a real work place, such as processing our monthly raffle. Rather than being the recipients of charity themselves, they do charitable work to help others, gaining skills and self esteem.
